- After college, I was hired by the Air Force. They required that I know how to use a Wang word processor. At the risk of losing my job, I took the manual home, read it at night, then went to work at 6 a.m. the next day to practice what I had learned. I learned it SO well that I was asked to teach my coworkers. That is how I got into computers AND teaching. The rest is history. My education is in business (Bachelor of Science in Management), software engineering (Master of Science in Computer Science), and organization development (Doctor of Management). As you can see, I have been a student for a LONG time. Teaching is now my hobby. I teach for DeVry University Online, and I volunteer as an instructor for the military on many subjects (mostly related to the military). So, find a comfortable place to read this blog. After all, it is written for YOU.
